Registration and Enrollment

How do I register my child for the camp?
Registration is quick and easy through our secure online parent portal. Simply click the registration link on the camp page and follow the prompts to reserve your child’s spot.
Is there a deadline for registration?
We encourage early registration to secure your spot. However, registrations will be accepted up to one week before the camp starts or until the camp reaches full capacity.

Preparation and Daily Essentials

What should my child bring each day?
Please provide your child with a water bottle, snacks for two snack breaks, and a packed lunch. We supply all the necessary equipment and materials for camp activities.
Are there any clothing recommendations?
Comfortable clothing suitable for indoor activities and outdoor play (weather-permitting) is recommended. Closed-toe shoes are encouraged for safety.

Camp Activities and Schedule

What does a typical day look like?
Campers engage in structured creative activities, breaks for snacks and lunch, supervised outdoor play, and discussions around their projects. Detailed daily schedules are available on the camp description page.
Will my child take home the projects they create?
Yes! Campers will take home finished 3D printed projects. Some projects may be printed outside camp hours to maximize hands-on time during the day.

Safety and Supervision

How is safety managed during the camp?
Safety is our top priority. All activities are closely supervised by trained instructors. Our staff is equipped with basic first-aid training and follows strict safety protocols for using all equipment, including 3D printers and pens.
What is your instructor-to-camper ratio?
Our camp maintains a low instructor-to-camper ratio, typically one instructor or assistant per 6–10 campers, ensuring individual attention and support.

Health and Dietary Concerns

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes, we are committed to accommodating dietary restrictions and managing allergies. Please clearly indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies when completing your child’s registration.

Arrival and Pickup

What are the drop-off and pickup procedures?
Drop-off is between 9:00–9:30 am, and pickup is between 3:30–4:00 pm. Parents or guardians must sign campers in and out each day. Specific instructions and locations will be emailed before the camp starts.
What if I am late for pickup?
Please inform us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late. A late pickup fee may apply for repeated delays, and a camp staff member will remain with your child until your arrival.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Full refunds are available if cancellation is made at least two(2) weeks before the camp start date. Cancellations made within two weeks of the camp start date will receive a 50% refund as a credit on your parent portal’s account. No refunds are available after the camp starts.
