How long is the class duration?

Our standard class runs for 1 hour. If you’d prefer a longer session, I’m happy to discuss options.

What are the age groups you can teach?

We work with students in grades K–5, typically splitting them into two groups: K–2 and 3–5. Each group receives age-appropriate instruction and projects.

How long is the program duration (in weeks)?

We’re flexible! Our curriculum is built around projects of varying length, allowing us to customize programs from 7 to 16 weeks per session, depending on your needs.

What is the cost per student?

Our pricing for the upcoming school year is $23 per student per lesson. If there are facility rental costs charged to us by the school, we may need to add a small fee to cover that.

5) Can you invoice parents directly?

Yes! We have a dedicated Parent Portal and can handle registration and payments directly. We charge a $15 administrative fee per student to cover this service.

What is the minimum and maximum number of students?

We work best with 8 to 22 students. We always keep a maximum student-to-teacher ratio of 8:1, typically assigning: – 2 teachers starting at 12 students – 3 teachers starting at 17 students

What is the deadline for confirmation in case enrollment is low?

A 1-week notice before the scheduled start date works perfectly for us to prepare and confirm staffing and materials.

What classroom setup or supplies are required?

We provide all materials, laptops, 3D printers, and tools. The only thing we need is: – A stable internet connection to support the number of student laptops. If your school’s internet is limited, we can bring our Starlink satellite internet system—at no extra cost. We’ll test the network during setup to ensure everything runs smoothly.
